In order to cancel your next box, please email the above address prior to the renewal date on the last day of each month.*
If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, we prefer that you request cancellation three or more business days before the LAST DAY of the month to be eligible for a refund.* Please note that you may be asked to confirm cancellation or to clarify your account details.
IF YOU ARE NOT CANCELED BEFORE YOUR NEXT BOX ENTERS SHIPMENT, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT BOX.

* 3 Month, 6 Month, & 12 Month Subscriptions
These subscription types offer a lower per-month price for a longer prepaid period, and cannot be canceled midway without penalty. You can be fully refunded if you request cancellation prior to the first box shipment of a paid period. However, once the first box of the period enters shipment, there will be a $5/remaining box fee for early cancellation.
To cancel one of these longer subscriptions, please email email@example.com with your request by the last day of the calendar month that precedes the first shipment of your chosen subscription period.
For example, if you had a Biannual subscription begun in January, once your January box shipped, you would not be able to receive a full refund on the remaining 5 boxes. The refund would be provided with a subtraction of $25 ($5 x 5 boxes). If you did not wish to receive more than the initial 6 boxes for which you prepaid, you could email us anytime before the last day of June to cancel in advance of your renewal.
